NMSA Refund Request

Thank you for contacting us regarding your refund request.

We understand that situations may arise that lead to reconsidering participation, and we do our best to handle each request with care and fairness. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that our club operates with many fixed expenses. When a player registers and accepts a spot on a team—particularly following the tryout period—it becomes extremely difficult to fill that position once it is declined. Roster spots are limited, and late withdrawals can significantly impact team structure and overall planning.

Additionally, a portion of your registration fee goes directly toward non-refundable, up-front costs such as director and coaching salaries, field rentals, office space, registration software, and other administrative expenses.

As acknowledged during registration, our refund policy states that no more than 50% of the registration fee is refundable. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in alignment with this policy.

If your request is related to a medical issue preventing your child from participating, we ask that you please provide a doctor’s note so we can consider your case accordingly.
